Today’s Employment Situation Report showed that in April, net nonfarm payrolls increased notably jumping 244,000 while private nonfarm payrolls added a whopping 268,000 as the unemployment rate edged up to 9%.Net private sector jobs increased 0.25% since last month climbing 1.60% above the level seen a year ago but but remained a whopping 5.83% below the peak level of employment seen in December 2007.
