Question of The Day - Government Preferred Wipeout?

In another excellent post, veteran analyst Ira Artman demonstrates that while the banking industry’s use of preferred stock exploded during the period of 1995 – 2008, the recent actions by the federal government to deal with Fannie, Freddie and Citigroup all but wiped-out the financials preferred market.

Now the question is… time to pray?
